I was hesitant to buy a mattress online without trying it first but with the 365 day trial option and after reading tons of reviews, I decided to purchase. I have to say it is beautiful. It does not need a boxspring and the mattress inflated quickly to its true size. It’s thick, huge, soft and luxurious. Plus, I don’t feel like I’m in a rocking boat when my husband moves around at night which is awesome!!!!! Soooooo glad I went with DreamCloud!!!!! Oh and white glove service was awesome, they set up the mattress and hauled away by old ones!!! Thanks again!!

There is no question DreamCloud's hybrid mattress is very well crafted. I am an architect and in our profession we pay close attention to every step of process & detail of construction. These folks thought of everything. The compressed, rolled up mattress came in 2 navy blue bags, one draw-string outer meant to take the abuse of the transit. Sure enough, the plastic pocket on which the label is placed was half-ripped from the bag but no harm done. It's meant to protect what's inside. The inner zipper bag was clean, had sewed on handles & facilitated 2 persons to carry the very substantive mattress upstairs into the bedroom. Guess in case we want to return it, the inner bag will serve as the container. Now how you force out the air and fit in the bag would of course be a challenge but nothing like those that came in a cardboard box. The bags each rolled nicely into a small tube the size of a tennis ball tube. Very thoughtful design. The mattress unrolled easily, and started hissing even before we cut open the clear & totally clean plastic seal/wrap and quickly filled up to its designed normal dimensions. And there is barely any odor, that's an excellent sign that the materials used are not hazardous to your health due to off-gassing of VOC which is always a problem with foam products, though we did have all windows open to help dissipate any anticipated smell. That wasn't necessary at all. Bravo. Now, as for dream-cloud like comfort, the verdict is still out. We have ceased waking up stiff and tired, but it would be untrue to say we awake refreshed and totally relaxed, but then you can't blame the mattress for everything either. We'll give both the mattress and our bodies sometime to adjust and acclimate to the new relationship. Perhaps we need to look into pillows and how they may be adversely affecting our rest. My wife is 5' & < 100 lb, I am 5'8" & < 150 lb, and we both sleep in all kinds of position except face down, so perhaps the pillow top of the mattress isn't quite soft enough given our body build. I would really hate to go through the trouble of returning it, since it's such a well-made and handsome-looking mattress.

I wish I could give this mattress a good review, but sadly I can’t wait to send it back. It is very uncomfortable. I have woken up with a sore back every night since purchasing. It doesn’t support my lower back since the buttons make large divots. My husband and I are average size people. 6’ 190lbs for him; 5’7” 145 for me. I’m counting on an easy and quick return since that’s what your company has promised in your ads.

I made a purchase on Feb. 08-2021. It has now been 5 weeks and the product still has not yet shipped from there warehouse. when i contact them i get we will monitor your purchase and send you an email update. that seems to be untrue. I would think after 5 weeks something more would be done to insure a product shipment. I would be very leery of purchasing this product because of this issue. I am guessing that it will not be shipped this week either. I am losing faith that this company will actually make good on there end.

This is our second purchase of one the most comfortable beds we have ever purchased. Now our visiting family and guest can experience the comfort that we do with our California king in our master bedroom. We are absolutely satisfied with our purchase and so are our spines.

So far, this mattress is better than others we've had. Definitely less sore backs upon rising in the morning. Hoping it gets even better. I got a king size for us and a queen for our daughter. I like the top surface on the queen better than the king.

So... I will review more when we get the mattress... so far we received the sheets and pillows and mattress cover... the pillows are soo AWESOME.. if it is any testimony to how the mattress is... we are going to be completely overjoyed to go to bed each night!!

Jury still out. Only used a few nights. Negatives: delivery time and experience. Mattress is quite heavy but perhaps to be expected with construction. Tentative positives: quality, sleep experience. Setup, except for weight, very easy. Rapidly deployed after opening. Slight off gassing, not bad.

We are so happy with our Dreamcloud mattress! Its firm enough to be supportive yet it has enough give to be comfortable. It's pure quality. I totally recommend this mattress to anyone who is looking for a great mattress at a good price. It can't be beat.

I was excited about this mattress and talked my Mom into getting it back in November. I went to order one for me and they were sold out.... For months!! I checked the website 3 times a day until February. It was DEFINITELY worth the wait!! I just want to stay in bed.
