First of all, I need to express my apologies regarding my prior sentiment in lieu of my mattress experience after delivery. It was definitely challenging times during the pandemic and am very much satisfied with my purchase. This mattress was totally worth the extended wait! It is firm yet cradles and conforms to me without that sinking feeling. I am able to move around with ease, and I am sleeping much much better. My joints are super happy and my neck and shoulders benefit from it as well. Thank YOU!

Wish I had bought this mattress sooner but I have it now and LOVE it! I use to wake up every morning with lower back pain and stiffness not since I received my new mattress there is no more of that!! With my old mattress I couldn't just lounge in bed on a Saturday morning because my pain would be even worse. Now I can lounge longer because I am so comfortable. If you are on the fence I would give it a try.

I’m 6’5 I weigh245 The mattress is everything the company claimed it would be I truly am in love for the first time with a mattress at 60 years old I’ve slept on a few by now and I can tell you from my experience the dream cloud premier is the absolute best sleep I’ve ever had it’s luxurious and comfortable , now I know why they named it dream cloud.

We've only had it for about a month and it's been great! My husband has a herniated lumbar disc and couldn't even sleep on our old mattress. He has been able to sleep every night in our Dreamcloud mattress! So happy we made the choice to upgrade with a Dreamcloud mattress!

This was a first time.buying a high end mattress and was really.hoping it would be a dream come true. First few nights took a bit getting used to and then turned in to my favorite place to be! Absolutely love this bed and what it has brought for my wife and I!

So far I’m very impressed. I really think I sleep cooler, and the mattress is the perfect firmness for me. I would describe the firmness as slightly over to the former side. There was a little bit of a plastic smell at first but after a few days was completely gone. My only warning is this mattress is heavy! Just something to keep in mind. I was shocked but I’m pretty sure that heavy structure help in the comfort department. I was very nervous about buying a bed online but I’m very happy with my choice. I’ve recommended it everyone. I really love this mattress but it is not like sleeping on a cloud. The mattress is a firm mattress. It is of good quality and the customer service is phenomenal. I prefer a very plush mattress. I had called to initiate the returns process and they offered me a complimentary plush topper to try. This was a game changer for me. The plush topper was just what I needed. It’s perfect. Overall super happy with this purchase! I love the company and how responsive they’ve been. The customer service is top notch and the products are well made. I also cannot say enough about the sateen sheets and pillow cases I received with my order- they’re good quality and cool.

Been a few months now and I now know why Dreamcloud offers such a great return policy..its because they know once you try it, you will never return it. Excellent throughout. So comfortable and I get a good restful sleep. No regrets here. I'm keeping it. Thanks Dreamcloud!

Previously reported desire to return due to sinking feeling on Memory Foam; wife not liking the mattress as we had a pillow top, and cervical fusion issues. Was instructed to perform measurement tests and return photos. Got called out of town on work issues and family member dying. In the meantime, as I was looking for mattress tags I went ahead and rotated mattress around to that end at the head board and both wife and I slept better. But still waking up with back pain and "hollowing out" section where I am laying. Am scheduled to start Pain Mgmt. Therapy in 2 days, however, from reading original sales advertisement did not think that it was going to be this difficult to return the mattress. My next call will be to American Express to discuss warranty issues on their purchases.

This bed is amazing. I was skeptical that a new bed and adjustable frame could make that much difference in my sleep patterns. I am sleeping better and longer than I have for years. This is an amazing bed! Fast shipping and high quality product! Highly recommend.
