I used Quicken 2010 for many years and was well pleased. Now one must subscribe each and every year to use Quicken. Difficult to manage with limited options for bookkeeping set up. Every time you set up a category file for your budgets or reports, you must re-enter the categories you need. Not a happy camper. Will look for other options next year.

So when I received the product key, I logged into my existing Quicken software, selected HELP tab, then selected MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION, then selected ENTER ACTIVATION CODE. Although my existing subscription expired in 4 months, when I put in the activation code, my subscription was extended a full 12 months, so the subscription now expired 16 months later.

Overpriced. Good chance i won't renew in the next year or two.

It has improved over the past year...previously buggy. Requires someone who knows how to navigate the menus to improve "behavior."

Difficult to download. Had to call support and was told if bought directly from them I would not have had that problem.

I've used this for years. Should be a discount for long-time customers. Unfortunately, Intuit doesn't care.

I've used Quicken for over 10 yrs. They recently made some "improvements" that were not necessary and broke some of their standard features.

I have been using Quicken for several years and will continue to do so. It is simple to use Deluxe Classic for my home bookkeeping, but have used the Home and Business also when I had a bookkeeping service before retiring.
