What a bargain this software is! I've been paying almost twice as much as Walmart's sales price! I'm so happy that I saw this sale. The instructions are super simple, and it was easy to install. It's a very user friendly software, but I have an accounting background. However, with online searches that allow you to ask questions, you'll be fine. Again, the price that Walmart had this software for made it an incredible bargain. I'm so glad I decided to try it out-it's making keeping track of my income and spending so much easier.

Renewing with Quicken is expensive. I always shut off my auto renew in product. I find Walmart to be the best price so far. This is a good budgeting program and easy to use. That being said, Quicken needs to tweak a few things within this program. When I see something that doesn't work correctly, I will send them a comment. I have even seen some of the correct, so enough of us must have complained about the same issue. It is very easy to download once you purchase from another vendor.

So when I received the product key, I logged into my existing Quicken software, selected HELP tab, then selected MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION, then selected ENTER ACTIVATION CODE. Although my existing subscription expired in 4 months, when I put in the activation code, my subscription was extended a full 12 months, so the subscription now expired 16 months later.

The order of the Quicken subscription was fine. It was as described and installed without any problem. Quicken itself is a mixed bag. I run into operational problems, like connecting to my bank. However, there isn't another software product that does everything that Quicken does.

Good product for what it does but quality is decreasing with each version released and Price is to high for an annual subscription, I most likely wont renew next year!!!

I used Quicken 2010 for many years and was well pleased. Now one must subscribe each and every year to use Quicken. Difficult to manage with limited options for bookkeeping set up. Every time you set up a category file for your budgets or reports, you must re-enter the categories you need. Not a happy camper. Will look for other options next year.

The product changed to a recurring subscription model a few years ago. I prefer the one time payment approach. Also, every update seems to introduce a fair number of bugs, and the bank update connection process is constantly reported broken by myself and other users.

I've used Quicken for over 10 yrs. They recently made some "improvements" that were not necessary and broke some of their standard features.

Quicken has too many errors. It does not reconcile downloaded transactions correctly. It has become too high priced. You can still use without renewing the subscription, but 2 large banners make using difficult. I would not use if I did not have 28 years of transaction history.

QUICKEN does not honor this item which is supposed to be able to add a year to your subscription. It is worthless. The cheaper subscription for new members does the same thing. To return it to Quicken you have to fill out a lot of paperwork and pay more for the thing this should have done.
