My husband loves to smoke brisket in the summer and being able to get a whole case is awesome.

Good meat but definitely not trimmed at all.

It’s great if they would answer the phone when a customer calls in to see if they have the product

I buy a case a week. Great product. No complaints EVER from the customers.

I think beef prices are over inflated

Great product and service. Thank you

I bought prime Trimmed Brisket and it wasn't trimmed. I probably cut 5lbs of fat off before I could smoke it

Dissatisfied

Purchasing the wholesale case was cost efficient and convenient for our large event.

We paid for good meat and it was mostly fat.
