My husband loves to smoke brisket in the summer and being able to get a whole case is awesome.

I bought prime Trimmed Brisket and it wasn't trimmed. I probably cut 5lbs of fat off before I could smoke it

We paid for good meat and it was mostly fat.

I buy a case a week. Great product. No complaints EVER from the customers.
