I love the whipped cream cheese because it makes for such an easy spread on my bagels or rice cakes in the morning! The regular hardened cheese needs to warm up before its spread and this doesnt. Its so light and airy too. Sane great taste as the regular block cheese too which is my go to staple

I usually love a bagel and cream cheese, but recently I found my cream cheese to be a bit gooey or gummy. Im not sure if the recipe changed to make it more spreadable or maybe I had a bad batch. Id probably switch to the whipped kind to avoid the experience again...
