As a #keto fan, Id say its healthy but to stick with the full fat original rather than the light or non fat options-in order to remove the fat but achieve the same taste, they have load it up with sugar. Anyways, Philadelphia brand is definitely my favorite. I recently tried a store brand and maybe it was a bad batch but it was awful and made us sick.
