[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a headache, and I wanted to give this a try. It was so fizzy for so long it was hard to drink (for reference, I am a heavy soda drinker). It was barely drinkable and tasted salty. It also didn't help my headache, and I woke up later and took a different medication. I would not take this again. Taking a pill is much easier and more effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does help aid in upset stomach, headaches, body aches, and minor fevers, but my god does it taste awful lol. It might be slightly more bearable if you choose a flavor instead of the original like I received.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed feelings about this product… so let's start with the positive first… I tried this product for the first time after a super intense weekend at the gym which left me with a terrible tension headache. Enter Alka-Seltzer. For some reason watching and hearing the tablet dissolve was so satisfying and provided quick headache relief.. however the taste was terrible and I had a hard time finishing my glass of water…. It contains the NSAID aspirin and you can drink two effervescent tablets every 4 to 6 hours. The tablets are packaged together, just open and put in 4oz of water. I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The alkaseltzer tablets dissolve quickly and the taste isn't as bad as I thought it would be. The taste was actually like a light bubbly citrus. The downfall is these aren't practical for traveling as you need a glass of water. They do work well for treating headaches, that's all I can speak to as far as usage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i would like to recommend Alka-Seltzer for the relief of heartburn, acid indigestion and sour stomach, it is a fast relief, 9 times out of 10 this does the trick for me that's why we keep it in handy in our home at all times. one packet with a little bit of water is enough!

That way when my back ache kicks in. I just drop them my water and my relief is on the way. This is a must have for the person on the go. Gracious for receiving this product some of my family loves it I'm half and half . This product is also package nicely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried Alka Seltzer before and was pleasantly surprised with this. I think taking it this way makes it a little more fast acting, and the taste isn't too bad. You just have to keep in mind that it's an NSAID in case you take any medications or other NSAIDs.
