[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received these in a Voxbox earlier this month. I had never tried Alka-Seltzer before, so this was a brand new experience for me. I was surprised by the amount of uses it has, which makes sense because it is an aspirin. First impressions: this is great if you cant swallow medicine regularly. Its incredibly effective, the box comes with tons of little pouches that make traveling with it easy, and it works for a wide variety of ailments from heartburn to body aches. My only complaint is the taste, and that is really just personal preference. I am not a fan of sparkling water or anything similar to that, and the taste is in that ballpark to me. It doesn't linger though, so that is definitely a plus! Im excited to try some of their other products.

I don't typically keep aspirin on hand but it really helped with cramps and headaches, I'm impressed. Good to have in your first aid arsenal. Received complimentary from influenster.

The actual name of this product says ANTACID right there on the top- you can probably see it right now. All I received was aspirin. Says nothing on the box about antacid. Pain relief only, not stomach. I'll have to take this huge box of aspirin back.

But be cautious because when I have migraines or when I've had too much to drink it's a little gross to get down when you're not feeling well. There's almost a texture to it that can be unsettling when you're not at your best But if you take it before it might be better or early in symptoms of pain

I guess they're good for what they are, but I usually take a daily pill for heartburn. I've never tried it for nausea so I can't say on that account.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i would like to recommend Alka-Seltzer for the relief of heartburn, acid indigestion and sour stomach, it is a fast relief, 9 times out of 10 this does the trick for me that's why we keep it in handy in our home at all times. one packet with a little bit of water is enough!
