The actual name of this product says ANTACID right there on the top- you can probably see it right now. All I received was aspirin. Says nothing on the box about antacid. Pain relief only, not stomach. I'll have to take this huge box of aspirin back.

But be cautious because when I have migraines or when I've had too much to drink it's a little gross to get down when you're not feeling well. There's almost a texture to it that can be unsettling when you're not at your best But if you take it before it might be better or early in symptoms of pain

I guess they're good for what they are, but I usually take a daily pill for heartburn. I've never tried it for nausea so I can't say on that account.

The Alka Seltzer original is effective for indigestion after eating spicy foods. Alka Seltzer has been on the market for many years so the ingredients seem to be point in when treating the issue. There are other flavors but the original is very cooling and easy to Swollen.

It is also messier, more time consuming, and requires other materials to be useful, unlike taking a Pepsid. So I feel it is beat in all the categories it's attempting to keep it's ever shortening fingers in.!
