I used to always use these but I stopped a few years ago because I didn't find them effective anymore.

I mainly use this for an upset stomach, but it does help as an antacid for heartburn as well. I love this stuff and it actually doesn't taste bad

My husband swears by these he takes them every time he gets heartburn and he loves it

I was used this for a long period of time and they really works when you have any disco for and your stomach this really works

I've used these since the college days. They are so effective at easing stomach issues. Hungover? Pop a couple of these. Bellyache? These. Nausea? These. They're so multi-purpose making them a staple in my medicine cabinet.

I rely on alka seltzer heavily and use it on a weekly basis at least! It solves many of my stomach issues and I couldn't be more thankful!

I love these because they are so fast acting! I really like the tablets and how bubbly the water gets u think it helps

the traditional one, I has been using this  product since I have memory and i just can say it really works so fast 

God, I HATE drinking these. HATE it. You have to chug it down like you would a shot of cheap tequila. It is not pleasant, but it sure does get the job done.
