When I order XL cartridges, I expect them to be XL size. These are NOT XL size and HP should be ashamed for labeling them as such. They are regular size. Not Sam's fault, but they should tell HP to stop labeling and selling stuff that is misleading.

This is sort of misleading, I thought I was getting 3 of each color which is what the description stated but after I received the product and was dismayed to find 1 of each color I went back in the description and in the bottom of the description it does say 1 of each color. The price compared to other websites for 1 of each is about average so the deal I thought I was getting is marginally priced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are great as you would expect from HP. The only pat that is frustrating is there are no options! After the last printer update, my printer would not work without the “HP” replacement cartridges. I used replacement cartridges before but my printer kept giving me error message. The original HP cartridges solve the issue at a slightly higher price!

The XL Rpl cartridge are better cost efficient rather you’re using your printer for personal or home office purposes they last must longer. I started buying when my daughter was in school and I had a home office and never changed back. They are much more affordable than online purchase I think unless you live far out and do excessive printing as I did at one time then I’d recommend HP online so you don’t have to worry about running out of ink.

I have no problem with the cartridges. My problem lies with delivery. I ordered them on line the same time I ordered the printer. Everything came on different days. First came the color cartridges. According to my packing slip the black cartridges were supposed to be in the same box. They were not. Five days later came the printer. When the black cartridges never came in the next few days. I had to file a report with all the info from packing slip, my original order, plus all the tracking info. I finally got the black cartridges 2 1/2 weeks after ordering them. It would have been so much faster if I had driven the 40 some miles to buy them.

Product: Cheaper here than other places. HP quality cartridges for our printer. They've always worked well for us. If they fit your printer, I recommend these XL cartridges. SamsClub note: This is the first time they were not available in the stores, and it was difficult to find the proper ones on line.... weirdly we couldn't find them by a direct search, but only found them as a similar item at the bottom of a different ink cartridge details page...

We just bought this printer so far we are pleased. These cartridges are different than any we have used with other HP printers. You need to give them more care opening them so you don’t get ink on you or things around you. So far the quality of ink is good and our copies look good. Sams was really good to work with shipping them directly to us. We had a problem getting the first set and Sam’s Club employees on the phone were helpful and immediately solved the issue. Since we live hours away from the nearest Sam’s this level of customer service was greatly appreciated.
