The purchase of ink was fine, but Sunday i tried to but a few things that had been on sale but the purchase wouldn't go through. I wanted the Zyrtec and Listerine... no toilet paper or paper towels but I couldn't even get it to go through then!

Ordered XL color & black cartridges for HP OfficeJet 6962. Ink arrived quickly, very solidly packaged (a big plus), website was easy to use, price was competitive. Have earmarked Sam's for all future office supplies. It was a win/win! Thanks, Sam's!

The cartridges themselves leaked all over everything, but Walmart immediately refunded the money for them, so Kudos to Walmart. The review is not about Walmart or their delivery. It’s only about the cartridge quality.

Magenta cartridge did not work when installed into printer. Vague and useless return policy from HP. Not going to spend another $60 to find out if the printer has a problem. Getting a laser printer.

using an original manufacturer's cartridge is just a good idea, weird off brands can cause more problems that are not worth the little bit you might have saved. They last a long time and offer good quality print jobs

Such a great value in comparison to the regular size cartridges. I find these xl color cartridges are hard to find, but I can always count on Sam's Club to deliver! They print so much more than regular size cartridges.
