I found these spare ribs to have a lot of fat throughout. I don't mind some fat, but I had to do surgery basically on this rack of ribs to get most of the fat off. They tasted fine aside from that issue. I much prefer their Babyback ribs and will only buy those from now on.

The price at Sam's is hard to beat. Most importantly, you are able to get Spareribs that you can trim into your own St Louis cut providing even more value. The Spareribs at Sam's has the packaged date and time on the ribs so you can tell when they were vacuum sealsed.

Grilling is life for me and my business and for my family. Pork Spareribs are our first choice when it comes to meat followed by chicken and beef products. I believe all meats short of the Brisket and Pork Spareribs are priced fairly, however the price for the Spareribs and Brisket is a lot on the high side. I've been actively searching for other outlets to purchase Pork Spareribs and Brisket at a lower price. Also, is there a plan to add Beef Ribs to the Sam's Club Meat line-up?

I've been buying pork ribs for a very long time and sam's was ok at first but now the amount of fat is equal to or greater than meat. My family put most of the ribs in the trash they were so bad. I love shopping at Sam's club but I don't think I'll be buying much meat here anymore.
