These are great quality and the butchers do an excellent job of trimming the perfect amount of fat. I try to get 2 packs cook them with different seasonings and freeze them in packs for meals.

These were actually pretty good. Get some long aluminum pans that'll hold them. Get a good mustard rub on them initially then add a dry rub on top. Let 'em marinate a day or two in the fridge. Turn the double ovens to 250 and bake for 4 hours covered. You should be able to pick the bones right out of the meat.

I was stunned at the size of the ribs in this package. 6 meals for us. And they were fall off the bone delicious

We had the ribs when some family was visiting. they were well trimmed and required little additional trimming. They had great flavor and were extremely tender.

We smoke these on our pellet smoker/grill with my own homemade herb and spice dry rub blend, and they turn out spectacular. We've tried national brands, not naming any names, that have chemical preservatives, and these are *way* better.

Great spare ribs very meat, great flavor when cooked in electric smoker, better than most BBQ places and cooked right at home, neighbors also said they were very good tasting.

Without spending three to four times as much at a boutique butcher these are some of the best ribs I've purchased. Super meaty, required very little trimming, and had that great pork flavor!
