These are great quality and the butchers do an excellent job of trimming the perfect amount of fat. I try to get 2 packs cook them with different seasonings and freeze them in packs for meals.

We purchased this products for the value and for the leaner appearance. We needed some good looking, high quality slabs of Whole Bone-In Pork Spare Ribs to serve at the family 4th of July 250 year anniversary celebration. The serving cuts of this product was great as well as pleasing to the palate.

We smoke these on our pellet smoker/grill with my own homemade herb and spice dry rub blend, and they turn out spectacular. We've tried national brands, not naming any names, that have chemical preservatives, and these are *way* better.
