Go with any other bidet but DO NOT spend the money for this product it is not worth it. I have been through 2 replacement bidets and the thing STILL has problems. Many times I will start the wash feature only to have it stop 2-4 sec later. This product is inconsistent and faulty...very bad product wish I had gone with a different company and less expensive bidet. I got suckered on a feature I thought would be beneficial for my IBSC. Oh I didn’t even mention the heated water issues and the inconstant temps!

Jack surprised me with this for Christmas and Oh My Goodness! The installation was so very easy and so much fun to try out ALLof the features. I got the giggles on a couple of them. Lol. This has changed my bathroom life. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this wonderful product.

Functions well first of all. Remote has no back light, which is a must for a LCD display. I was also expecting the lid to raise by itself when I asked up, it doesn’t. When I got it all hooked up, which wasn’t that difficult (took about an hour), the remote died. Put in new batteries and it died again. I presume it has a bad circuit board. Spoke to Tyler (at Biobidet) and he was very apologetic and ordered me a new remote.

I have three water closets in our home. I have BB-2000's installed on two of them. On the guest room I have a very good bidet seat that you can sit on the closed seat cover, something you cannot do with the BB-2000's. When treated with radiation for prostate cancer, the Vortex Wash was very helpful in insuring I had a empty rectum prior to treatment. My wife and I cannot go back to life without a BB- 2000, and we miss them when travelling. We highly recommend it.

I HAVE FOUR BIDETS IN MY MY HOME. THIS Bio-Bidet IS BUILT WELL. AESTHETICALLY PLEASING . THE Water PRESSURE BASED ON A FORMER BIO-BIDET Purchase is subpar..New Bliss.Water pressure is weak. Plumber checked.Additional expense. Overall, great product , durability, remote hieroglyphic controls, aesthetic great retrofit. Needs some fine tuning . Not my first choice but certainly well made.

The bathroom is one of the centerpieces of any home. Today's bathroom is incomplete without a bidet and the Bio-Bidet BLISS BB-2000 Bidet Toilet Seat is a premier addition. It's elegance and simplicity attest to the completeness and logic of the system. What I thought was a luxury has become a necessity in my home. By comparison any other toilet seat is primitive and devoid of comfort.

I just purchased the BB-2000 recently after having the USPA6800 unit for several years. The 6800 unit started leaking and I decided to purchase the BB2000 seat. There has been quit a few improvements on the BB2000. I just installed it today so to be honest I only used it once but from all indications I believe I will like the new unit better than the previous seat! The first Bio Bidet toilet seat really performed well however it only lasted about a year and a half before it started leaking. from us having But truthfully I think possibly this could be caused from so much calcium in out well water and possibly causing the nozzle to plug up. The BB2000 has a replaceable stainless steel nozzle that can be changed if the nozzle were to plug up again. This is a big reason that I upgraded to the BB2000. Plus the new one has a 3 year warranty.

I've been using it now for nearly two months, because I wanted lots of time to try it out to give an honest review. It really is the height of luxury! Hubby said it wasn't bad to install, although he did notice that the plastic bolts tend to loosen on their own. I would like a backlit remote. But other than those two minor quibbles, I love the features, especially having a warm seat in our cold bathroom and a warm water wash (on max it is really VERY warm). I can not believe how much toilet paper we were going through on average - so this is saving us money for sure.

Our unit arrived yesterday and we installed it today. Installation was not so complicated. My husband was able to follow instructions in the manual and the video that was posted on the site. I have to mention that instructions were slightly different but I guess it was not important and either way could have been followed. An only hiccup we had was with "conversion piece" for the water pipe. We ended up using the one we had before. It fit perfectly and we just moved on. One other thing to note, it did not perfectly fit the toilet model. It's ok but not perfect. So I wouldn't say that it perfectly fits any oval toilet. So far the unit functions well otherwise and we are happy with the purchase. We did not try this particular brand/model before buying but we tried some other ones before. This model functions just as well as the other one we tried and is twice cheaper.

Overall, the bidet seat does its job very well. As far as the clean goes, it’s spot on! The seat is very comfortable and makes using the toilet easier with my sciatic issues. Much less pain because the seat is more rounded over and has less pinch point behind the thigh. The heated seat makes things more comfortable as well. No more middle of the night cold shock! Missing features: on a unit of this price I would expect the remote buttons and display to be back lit for easier use at night. Second is a 2 person memory function for personal wash preferences.
