Never had a bidet before - decided to splurge on this for the master Bath when we built our new home. It is so nice to have a clean bottom after using the toilet and no "draggin' tracks" to have to tend to in dirty underwear. Who wouldve thought a bidet toilet seat would help with the laundry? If you are wondering if you could benefit from one of these toilet seats?.......that answer is a big emphatic YES!

I highly recommend this unit. I’ve now been using it for five years with great performance. No issues whatsoever. Prior to purchasing my bio bidet, I tried out several other manufacturers units at friends’ houses. They worked, however In my opinion, the bio bidet out performes the other ones which were in the same price range. The main difference is the bio bidet has a stronger water jet For a more thorough cleaning. I Use both my units on the daily basis.

This is actually the second seat I purchased (this one is for my office), and as a hemorrhoid sufferer (hope that wasn't too much information) these seat have been a God-sent...and my girlfriend loves it too! Easy to install and maintain. One of my friends was over my house, saw it and ordered one. Well worth it! Bravo!

I've been using this seat for about a month and find it a pleasure to use.I love the fact that the water is always warm and adjustable to my personal preference.A warm seat to sit down on especially in the Winter time is a pleasure. The only thing that I can say that is slightly negative is that the remote is not lit up to see at night.

Exceeded my expectations. Came with all fittings including water supply. Cleaning was our first priority and this BB 2000 does that well. We still need a little TP for rough in drying. Called with a question about the Carbon filter and virtually no hold time and an answer from a well spoken support person. Glad we bought a Bio Bidet product.

My husband has been researching bidet toilets and seats for quite awhile and we decided on the BB-2000. It was the best decision we have ever made when it comes to bathroom products and we have renovated two bathrooms in the past year. He LOVES it! It is easy to install after watching the video from the company. It was packaged very well to prevent damage with shipping. I’ve been wanting one of these for years and FINALLY bought it. To my surprise it has exceeded my expectations. The warm seat off the bat is a dream. The water stays warm and so does the heat dryer. I love the array of features. I absolutely love it

I bought this for my boyfriend who suffered from a stroke and lost function in both hands/arms. For the longest time, I had to help him with his toileting. We were searching for a bidet for a while but most ones on the market have a turn knob that he can't grip. We FINALLY came across this amazing device that is remote-controlled and it has changed our lives!!! He is finally able to use the restroom by himself (using the remote with his toes LOL). It has so many different bells and whistles and really cleans you well. It is perfect for any disabled person that has loss of limb function and wants some autonomy. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anybody!!!

My 94 year old mother has a rectal prolapse and a dropped bladder. I selected the BB2000 for her because it has all of the features that greatly improve her quality of life. In particular the vortex setting actually helps reduce the extent of the prolapse and the bidet spray reduces her chance of issues from wiping. The handy remote is easy to use so she does not have to reach from behind to control. And the continual warm water never gets cold and the warm seat and warm air dryer make this bidet seat perfect for anyone who uses it - especially my 94 year old mother! We purchased two of them so she will not be without no matter what part of the house she is in. This product is very durable and high quality and I would recommend it to anyone.

I never imagine myself use a bidet, but I got mine today, and I'm a very satisfied customer. I've feel super clean, and fresh with all the features this bidet has air drying auto auto motion it was diffrent but it does an amazing job!!! Thank you for an amazing product!!
