This Ice Blue Fleur de Lis French Oven is perfect for cooking stews, casseroles or even bread. The pan is enameled so no need to season. Well made and does not scratch, stain or chip. Also cleans easily either by hand washing or in the Dishwasher.

This is my most disappointed online shopping! The paint on the handle of the staub cast-iron pot has been removed, there are two obvious friction marks on the side of the pot that cause the color to turn white, and there are two obvious holes in the bottom and lid of the pot. It was clearly a steel pot full of flaws, and these flaws were not noted on the seller's promotional page. Although I have always liked the design and color of staub, and I can accept the small differences caused by hand work, I cannot tolerate such obvious damage and defects, I have to return it! This is wasting my time!

This is not only a beautiful cast iron pot, Staub is one of the best. I have several LeCreuset pieces and this is just as good for a third the price. Makes wonderful bread, soups and stews! Love it!
