The mounting service is actually through Handy. We had a rocky start with scheduling but I felt they did right by ultimately. The service was provided by a gentleman named Tim and he was super cool and laid back. Happy we got matched with him. He came prepared and obviously knew what he was doing!

Bought a wall mount and added the mounting service. The tech was scheduled 1 week after my mount was delivered. The guy showed up early and did an amazing job. I got notifications reminding me. I got a text asking if coming early was okay. It was so organized and worry free for me. It looks great!

My Handry pro was Rail and he was such a pleasure to have come in and assist with the TV wall mount. A very pleasant, friendly and professional experience. He came in with all his tools and parts in case we needed extra support with parts. I would definitely recommend the pro again and the service. Communication was great and service was good.

The Handy representative that came today to mount my TV was beyond professional and kept me informed of the entire process. They clearly answer any question I had about the security of the TV mount in detail. They also, were courteous and respectful of my property. They reached out to me in a timely fashion about arrival and wore a mask and maintain social distancing as they worked. I was so satisfied that I will book again for my second TV.

so what i found out is that the companies that walmart uses to install my TV like Angies and Hellotech arnt real installation companies. they are middle companies that allow anyone to sign up as an installer the same way anyone with a car can sign up for uber..as long as you pass a background check they can start working ... this explains why the guy that came to my home was completely cluess on how to mount my tv the way i wanted it and left my tv way off level and lower than where i wanted it, i ended up having to call another company to come fix the mess the guy (ryan) left. and after speaking the the company that came out after, he gave me the inside scoop on how it all works with walmart installation services.

My Handy guy got my 82 inch tv on the wall in less than 30 mins! He was on time and very nice. He made sure to clean up after his job and helped me to carry out the boxes and trash afterwards. I never would have been able to do the job myself so I was happy to have the help!

Carlos went above and beyond to ensure my TV mounting was done well and I was happy with it. He came very well prepared with tools, a work table, extra screws, etc. He made sure to ask how I preferred things and was very detailed oriented with every tweak. He was kind, respectful, personable and communicated well in advance of the installation. It was well worth the price to have a professional do the job. I highly recommend Carlos.

I bought a 55" Roku TV from Walmart online and added the mounting service offered by Handy. David and Justin came to do my install and discovered that the desired wall, perfectly smooth on the surface, had actually been patched/repaired by the previous homeowner meaning the studs were not all where you'd expect them to be. In fact, one of them zigzagged! David spent some time coming up with a safe solution and was able to hang my new TV exactly where I wanted it - centered over a small loveseat. They tested and programmed the TV and I was able to immediately enjoy my purchase. I can't wait to finish decorating that wall :) Thanks to Handy for sending these great guys!

Brandon was prompt, polite, efficient, and best of all, knew what he was doing. After the tv was installed, it proved to be damaged, and now we need to wait for a re placement , which is an aggravating delay, but is being taken care of very efficiently by Walmart. With the new install, we hope BRANDON WILL be the one to do it.

My appt. was easy to make online and my technician arrived on time.He didn't take much time at all to dismount the old TV and mount, then put up the new ones. He stayed to make sure the new TV came up and that all functions worked. I couldn't have asked for more.
