I ordered my mount and the mounting service on line. I needed the installation to be completed ASAP and scheduling a Tech to come out was very easy. Although the Tech was a little late he was in constant contact with me with his ETA. Once he arrived he was professional and completed the job in a timely manner, The negative side to the whole experience is that the mount has not arrived yet and I had to go out and purchase a mount on my own.

Martin was a great professional to hang my wall mount on the my bedroom wall. He was very courteous and asked if he should take his shoes off, took one look at the mount and got to work right away. He got it up in no time and when I thought the job was done he was still doing his checks to make sure it was perfect. He was very communicative and asked how I wanted it and everything.

Doron did an amazing job of mounting my new TV on the living room wall. Doron showed up on time and brought all the necessary tools for the project and was extremely careful, kind, professional and friendly. I would recommend and refer him to anyone. Happy customer!

I called Angi support to find out how long it takes to get a service schedule email after ordering through Sam's Club. The automated voice said my wait time is 20 to 26 minutes. It has now been 45 minutes. The automated voice also said that fastest way to get support was through live chat at support.angi.com. I typed that in and it came up Invalid URL. This is my first experience with Angi service and it is not a good experience. Very poor first impression.

My daughter needed a tv mounted in her apartment and we were fortunate to have Darryl as our Pro. He was right on-time, very friendly and efficient. He’s a great guy and represents Handy very well. Thank you for making it a very pleasant experience for my daughter.

The mounting service is actually through Handy. We had a rocky start with scheduling but I felt they did right by ultimately. The service was provided by a gentleman named Tim and he was super cool and laid back. Happy we got matched with him. He came prepared and obviously knew what he was doing!

This very old as service was completed in 2019. Just going through old emails and wanted to submit a review if one had not been done. Service tech (of course I cannot remember his name) nice young gentleman, sent was very experienced in TV mount installation. He even carried additional appropriate anchors that would better support the TV weight. He did a fine job, and it's holding very well to date!

I recently bought a large screen TV and signed up for TV Mounting Services provided by Handy. I had to reschedule several times. Two-way communication with Handy was simple. We were kept informed very quickly and there were no problems. The installation went on schedule and the installers were knowledgeable, personable, and very proficient. They performed what I considered a operation in a timely and efficient manner. We are highly satisfied with the service provided.

Had a 65 inch TV mounted. Great experience. Used my verification code from my receipt and entered into Handy’s App. Literally took 5 minutes to schedule my service. My assigned installer texted me within a few minutes and was actually able to install my TV the same day. He was professional and the TV looks great.
