I had to change walls based on the feedback from the guy mounting the tv. Also, the cords are not totally hidden. Plus the piece that’s supposed to hide the cords is crooked. When he tried to pull it off to correct it, the was damaging the paint so we couldn’t. I feel like I could’ve gotten the same result by asking a friend to mount it, not what I expected from a professional installation

was never told when they would show up. The person came with there 4 year son. i had to help and correct him several times on the installation. he spoke little to no English. after telling him how high to mount the tv, i left the room cane back and he had the template on the wall for the mounting bracket. i had to continue to do half the work only to finally mount the tv and see it about a foot below where i told him it should be. he had strippef one of the bolts which took a better part of half hour to remove. i then had to measure where the bracket needed to go. Bottom line i did as much work as he did.

What an absolutely horrible experience I just had. I waited all day for Angi tech to hang my new Walmart TV. He was late . He was rude and called me old. He didn’t have the right screws ? And instead of being helpful, he was absolutely awful to me. Was here 10 minutes and left. Didn’t help me get what I needed even though I asked very nicely for him to help me get whatever it is that I needed. Clearly, Angi hires the worst of the worst I now have paid $79 for the service and I got nothing beware of these cons.

I ordered a TV mounting service through Angi.com which is associated with your Walmart product. The person scheduled never showed up and left no note as to what prevented him from coming. The TV is beautiful and the delivery exceptional, but the Angi.com people really fell through!

2 guys came and installed my 65 inch tv. Excellent job quick and professional. I tipped and done. On time efficient and done. 2nd time for a 32” mounting the tech NEVER SHOWED!!! He was not on my ring and went to a sister street. Never offered to complete the job, but for all cash on the side . See you later no sale, that is why I use ANGI.

Was not able to get in touch with anyone. My TV ended up not being mounted. I would not recommend.
