Guy picked up my 70" TV by himself.. I asked if he needed help and he said no. Easy installation. I was so happy until he turned on the TV. Only had the TV for 3 days and I'm assuming when he picked it up from the top, he put too much pressure because now the TV has lines... so, so upsetting.

The first tech was rude and let on calling my phone demanding I change my appointment time when I refused he came to my home early then went back into his car and left because I took too long to open the door. The second tech was friendly and efficient. Mounted my tv just how I wanted. Would I recommend angi its a 50/50 chance.

What kind of crazy company schedules an appointment without my permission? I never authorized the appointment nor did I even get the television delivered (it was canceled because of logistical failures on Walmarts part) so what did he have to install. I feel bad for the gentleman for wasting the gas but this entire purchase has been a nightmare. this is after the delivery driver failed to actually come to my house and knock on my door to try and deliver the item. is this how you conduct business you have no qualms taking someone's $500 but you can't make sure that they actually get what they pay for? you're an epic failure Walmart

Installation by Angi was a total failure. Scheduled 4 times then didn’t happen. Their customer service is awful. They admitted that the service was scheduled even though there was no technician available in the area for that time. Unfortunately, I wasted 10 days. Now I must return the TV to Walmart because of Angi’s complete failure to fulfill their commitment.
