Scam
If I could leave zero stars, that would best describe this service. Two weeks it has been. I was never contacted by anyone to schedule an installation appointment, not by Sam’s, nor by the Angi contractor. I got the run around from both companies and transferred to 6 different representatives that eventually led me to the very first number I started with. This was after 2 solid hours on hold with several different departments. They couldn’t find my “order”, even though it processed through my bank and I had the receipt. After several promises of an, “email within 2 business days”, I finally disputed the charge, as I cannot get in touch with anyone that can find my order, much less refund it. Do yourself a favor and run from this scam as fast as you can. There are several local installers that are a better choice.

WARNING - DO NOT USE
WARNING! Don't ever use this service. I was scheduled for TV mounting at 11:30 AM. The tech texts me at 10:00 AM and tells me he's going to be late. I asked how late. He said, I'll be there between 6-7 PM. Can anyone tell me if you think that's an acceptable delay? In addition he was as a no show at 6:00. What a surprise?!?

There is no coordination between Angie and Sam’s club. They will charge you, will not deliver TV in time and then it will be impossible to get refund or even connect with Angie customer service. There is no existing number and chat that does not respond to your questions or resolve anything. Might as well flush 150 dollars down the toilet

Better Entertainment than Netflix
Xmas nightmare! This service is terrible and TBH Sam's service description differs from the service tickets issued to the people installing the TV. Additionally, Angi wanted to charge me an extra $10 to move the TV closer to the install location. It was in the Garage, 45' away from the Living-room. Both service technicians showed up on time, but they were dispatched by Angi as Assistants not the primary. So they refused to use their tools and take the lead as they were not being paid by Angi that way. One technician locked their keys/fob in their own car and I had to let them use my tools to break into their car. Even caught them helping themselves to my tools in the garage while I was inside calling Sam's Club support. The same technician who locked their keys in their car also was injured and had a medical wrap around their right wrist. What a liability! I collected my tools once she recovered her keys and asked both of them to leave. I did not pay the $10 for moving the TV into the LR nor did they ask. They knew it was a mess. I have to admit the only thing I got out of this experience was better entertainment than what Netflix could offer.

Poor coordination by Angi and no way to follow-up
I miss the original Angi where you had direct contact info for the contractors. The designated contact did not show up. A second person was assigned to help and he was there on time. I paid for a larger screen which is 2 people (higher price). It looked very dangerous for one person to try to lift it to the mount on a ladder! After the installer left, I realized the screen was not level. Angi leaves no way to contact the secondary person and the primary "no-show" would not respond to my texts. I looked at leveling it myself and discovered the installer had stripped one of the screw heads with his impact drill. The screw was severely torqued and could not be budged with a screwdriver. I had to cut a new slot with a Dremel tool to get enough grip on the screw to loosen without further stripping. And I had to buy a pistol grip screwdriver to get enough torque on the screw. DO NOT BUY the Angi install option. Find a local installer on your own so there will be some accountability. Angi has a "satisfaction guarantee" link on the order page. Where does it take you? To "Start a new project"!

Awful service
Do NOT buy this service. Seems like the communication between Sam's Club and Angi is terrible. After purchasing the service I haven't received an e mail confirmation for the scheduling, after 3 hours of trying to talk to someone I decided to contact Sam's Club but they said it is no longer their responsibility. Every time I try to speak with a person at Angi they asked me the same questions, their excuse is that they can't find my account, my order, my invoice number. It is so FRUSTRATING, confusing and it just SUCKS! Save time and use someone local and trustworthy cause this company and sucks and Sam's Club is part of the scam for offering their costumers to use such an awful service.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever, still waiting for mounting after almost a month. I paid specifically for 2 people's work as the TV size is 65 inch and I cannot help because of back issues. Four times someone came and went back again stating they cannot do it alone but I paid for 2 people. They send only 1 person and want us to help with the mounting even though the payment is done for 2.
