Angi is Horrible company to do business with. They schedule you a great appointment when you buy the product then cancel it the day of service for 5 days. Gave me the run around! I want a refund!

Do no use them they never showed had the audacity to email me 45 mins after my appointment after I called to tell me they would be charging me full price as if I cancelled THE PRO NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED DO NO USE THEM!!!!

The wall mount was installed on thanksgiving day. I was skeptical about the appointment on thanksgiving but it was completed professionally and on time.

Installer did a great job. Was fast and efficient. Only issue is he scraped the top of my dresser in the process of pulling the tv up to the bracket. Otherwise, the install was flawless.

horrible was a kid that had no ckue what he was doing we asked him to leave after 3 hours of him making holes in my wall and mounting it wrong and having bolts pull out if the wall.

Our Angi Pro (Latoya S) was very good. He came in ready to work and completed the job successfully. We love our new TV mounts. We would definitely recommend this team for any future projects.

Very friendly , professional, and did a great job. Was very helpful. Only wish I could remember what the installer from Handy's name was. Definitely would like to get the same person for other installations

The "pro" first tells me that he doesn't understand the instructions, which I ended up interpeting for him. Then he asks me to hold the mount inplace while he drills the first hole and accidentally cuts me with his drill gun.

Could only mount one of two TVs (one mount was not strong enough - so not his issue). The one mounted is loose and I am afraid to try to move it at all and it’s not even plugged in.

The maintenance man that came from using Angi with Walmart was very polite. He used his own bolts which were more heavy duty than the ones rhat came wirh the mount. And he was super quick, he was in and out within 45 minutes.
