It states that they would have the basic tools and the person sent out did not have drywall anchors which firstly was not used last time a tv was mounted in the same spot but two it would be good to state somewhere. Wasted my time and money.

This was illegally charged to my card by Walmart.com. I paid for one tv wall mount installation and Walmart charged me twice for it and they WILL NOT Refund my monies. I’ll never use their service again!

Love the fact that Walmart has this opportunity for customers, I love it.the guy who came and installed our Tv was very respectful,came on time and installed the tv very fast.thank u Walmart my family appreciate it.🙏🏾

Person never showed up, Angi's list kept rescheduling and finally we just cancelled because we couldn't keep shuffling our schedule in order to make it work to be around for someone who would never come. Terrible service.

Not only do this item come with everything as described it even had extra parts in case they were needed for a TV that might have a different configuration.

Next week will be a month that I would have paid for a service that you did not perform. Here I am at home. Would it be possible to do it this afternoon?

worth its price. i had it for 2 weeks, no issues. strong and sturdy. only issue, if u want to move the tv back and forth, there is a screw that on that will be an issue getting to if the tv is placed to close to the wall

Do not buy a professional from Angi. I paid for a service and they never arrived. Contacting the professional from Angi was ignored. There is no communication.

The tech was very nice and professional. They did more than what was expected and took time to explain some things I didn’t understand and gave advice!

Jorge was on time… very much a people person. He was friendly and courteous. Got right to work, knew what he was doing and had my TV up and installed in 30 min. Did a great job !!!!
