Guy was dirty, TV is installed wrong. It's not level and you can see the brackets. He was nice though and went to Wal Mart to get mounting hardware for me.

I loved it.. the guy was nice and I don’t walk on my carpet with shoes… I didn’t ask him to remove them but he did it anyway way… he was excellent and the service didn’t take long

Next week will be a month that I would have paid for a service that you did not perform. Here I am at home. Would it be possible to do it this afternoon?

OK, I paid for service. They changed it from 11:30 to 12:30. Nobody showed up and then on the app and said it’s been completed. No one is here and y’all took my money so where is the person that’s going to help with the TVs on the wall

I really like the mount I chose. I knew nothing about T.V. mounts. But I got really lucky when I chose the Onn mount. The feature I enjoy most is it can be tilted, and pulled away from the wall. And doesn't just stay stationery. 5 *****'s.

This is not the actual price. I didn’t receive the digital coupon and you end up paying more because the vendor will nickel and dime you for each service.

Wires are still hanging. I was unsure if that was included where the wires were included or not with this service. I’m not too happy because this looks tacky!

I feel the price was reasonable and the communication was very good. I was given all the info I needed to contact my installer, and how to reschedule

Installer did a great job. Was fast and efficient. Only issue is he scraped the top of my dresser in the process of pulling the tv up to the bracket. Otherwise, the install was flawless.
