Do not recommend! I try contacting the pro and the call all never went through, he showers up as scheduled but said because the tv was 75 inches Angie supposed to send 2 people. So here we go again we must wait another week for another installer to come with someone ! Very inconvenient!!!!! 2 weeks with a tv seating on the floor waiting for installation.

The maintenance man that came from using Angi with Walmart was very polite. He used his own bolts which were more heavy duty than the ones rhat came wirh the mount. And he was super quick, he was in and out within 45 minutes.

Not only do this item come with everything as described it even had extra parts in case they were needed for a TV that might have a different configuration.

The handyman was not the best or great worker he did very minimal. Now I have to have someone to fix it after a week. My patient has stroke but cognitive enough notice the poor work.

The guy who came to put the mount and tv on the wall was very professional, arrived on time and courteous. Left no mess. Am glad we went thru Walmart for both the tv and the service.

this company is FRAUD they book a appointment that you didnt make then steak your money when you cancel but rest assured im contacting my attorney they stole 79.00 from me

He did an excellent job, idaeal he did ask me did need him to hook up the cord and the internal I said no I found that I don’t need the internal hook up. All the movies channels just work fine. Thank you

The wall mount was not installed; no attempt was made. The provided excuse, that the wall could not support it, is unsubstantiated given that an existing television is already wall-mounted.

Parts were missing and screw holes were stripped. Mike the installer did his job and tried to mount the defective merchandise. But I want a refund for $79.00 installation fee because I still have no tv mounted

The tech was on time, did an efficient and thorough job, cleaned up the work area, and was extremely helpful. I will definitely use the installation from Walmart / Angi in the future!
