We purchased a new 65” tv and wanted it mounted above our fire place . John turned up promptly at scheduled time and discussed our plans prior to beginning work. He worked throughout the process with us in exact location above the fireplace - we were very satisfied with his professionalism and work - he constantly asked what we wanted and took his time making sure the job was done perfectly. Joshua was very professional. He worked quickly and was very knowledgeable. He noticed the wall anchor was for concrete and purchased the correct anchors. so what i found out is that the companies that walmart uses to install my TV like Angies and Hellotech arnt real installation companies. they are middle companies that allow anyone to sign up as an installer the same way anyone with a car can sign up for uber..as long as you pass a background check they can start working ... this explains why the guy that came to my home was completely cluess on how to mount my tv the way i wanted it and left my tv way off level and lower than where i wanted it, i ended up having to call another company to come fix the mess the guy (ryan) left. and after speaking the the company that came out after, he gave me the inside scoop on how it all works with walmart installation services.

Carlos was excellent! He contact me day prior his arrivial. Talk to me about everything I need prior his arrival. He texted me in the morning, finish his job in 20 min. Checked if everything is ok and TV is working. Very goid, eficiant, prompt. Highly recomend! Thank you Handy!

Seven days after purchase plus three phone calls with Angi's customer service and I still don't have a means to even schedule the installation. It's honestly reached the threshold of being ridiculous. It's hard to believe Sam's Club would partner with such a group. At this point, I'm going to eat the $149 and pay someone else to do the work. Awful.

Chris was on time and was very polite. He got to work right away. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it. (Nice touch) so I didn't feel useless... he also made sure all my devices were connected to the TV and working..thanks so much:) ..I am a very satisfied customer..

This was my first time using this app, and she was truly a pleasure, and was absolutely amazing! I will always recommend her. She was polite, professional, and friendly. We talked through the entire process. It was a fast process, and she was such a delight at 8am. Absolutely AMAZING

I already had the wall bracket installed I really needed someone to assist in lifting it into place on the wall bracket. It was not the weight factor but the size being 55". I need someone to assist in lifting it onto the bracket. it happened in perfect fashion. It was worth paying for installation although I only needed it lifted into place, still worth it.

My Handry pro was Rail and he was such a pleasure to have come in and assist with the TV wall mount. A very pleasant, friendly and professional experience. He came in with all his tools and parts in case we needed extra support with parts. I would definitely recommend the pro again and the service. Communication was great and service was good.

I purchased a 55" TV from Walmart and took advantage of the service that was on sale from Handy to mount the TV. Kevin was very knowledgeable and possesses quite a few skills. The TV was mounted in 30mins. I will use Handy again soon for other work around my home.
