Jove not only hung my tv he went out of his way to help me by also bringing brand new treadmill up the stairs from garage to living room and then put it together - and it was quite complicated! Thank you Jove for being so helpful! I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again!

We bought our tv a month ago and decided we would rather have it mounted than on a tv stand. Making an appointment was easy. The day of our appointment our specialist Jesmarie called to let us know she was on her way. Upon arrival, all we had to do was show them the room and the mount we had purchased and within about 20 minutes they were already done. They made sure everything was to our liking and were on their way. Super quick, professional, and nice. Would definitely recommend !

make sure youre in an area with pros ! because we purchased this , had it automatically rescheduled 3 times. finally we called to see what was up and they said there was no pros available in our area. so we cancled . The guy on the phone said it would take 5 business days to receive our refund. cool. 8 business days go by , still no refund so i find the support chat. guy tells us they dont do refunds back on the card they mail a check. which the first guy did not tell us, he said it would just go back on the card we purchased with. so now we had to go through a whole process to get the reciept again to show how much we paid. email them and tell them we need a refund for cancled service. And then we would be receiving a paper check in the mail within 5 weeks. wish it would have been a better experience!

Of couse the $79.99 Sams Club and Angi price to mount a TV was too good to be true. They leave your wires hanging down the front of the wall. If you want a professional moumting, call a professionsl company and spend a few dollars more. They need to show hanging cords in their advertisement if they don't provide the service of putting them in the wall.

Brandon was prompt, polite, efficient, and best of all, knew what he was doing. After the tv was installed, it proved to be damaged, and now we need to wait for a re placement , which is an aggravating delay, but is being taken care of very efficiently by Walmart. With the new install, we hope BRANDON WILL be the one to do it.

The guy who came out to my house was very friendly and knowledgeable about the tv wall mount he did a very good job with mounting my 65 inch Samsung tv on my wall, he even gave me extra screws because the wall mount that I had bought had missing screws to make a long story short he had my wall mount and tv up in about 45 minutes, he also cleaned up behind himself as well which was a plus I gave him 5 stars because that’s the limit but if I could I would give him 10 stars because he was very nice and friendly as well as helpful thank you.

Little did I know until the box was open , I had the wrong size frame to hold the TV .. Handy rep Micah was willing to wait while I ran to WalMart to get a different frame . When I returned , the larger frame still was not wide enough to hit the wall studs to hold the TV . Micah searched the web and sent me a text of exactly which model I needed . I returned to WalMart one more time and purchased the perfect frame for our tv . When I returned home, Micah installed the tv on the wall in just a few minutes.. He was very personable, knowledgeable and patient . Highly recommend!
