Cecil the individual from Handy (which I personally selected from Handy app) that mounted my TV was great! He took his time making sure the TV was mounted correctly! He was personable, had great energy and explained what he was doing so I felt more comfortable with my 65in TV being literally in his hands

This person was very professional. He took his time putting up my kitchen table, a storage bed, and mounting my TVs. He didn't leave any extra pieces behind. Also, he shows up on time. This guy is awesome. I have decided to make him my permanent handy guy

Installers wreaked of smoke, showed up grumpy, and seemed put out by the job. The smoke smell was so strong that my son had to wait out on the patio while the work was being done as his health is poor and he can’t handle strong smells. The tv did get mounted and looks fine.

I recently used Handy service to mount a television. The technician that came out was on on time for the scheduled appointment. The gentleman was very professional and he listened to my suggestion. Thanks Handy for sending a professional technician that provided good work. Thank you, Michael

I paid $149.99 for installation of 75" television and VERIFIED with "Rain" from custo er service via email that two people would be providing installation services. I was sent 2 emails with the names of three individuals and contact numbers (none of the ph numbers were correct). One person showed up. He was great and did everything he could to get the job done but could not mount a 75" TV above a fireplace by himself soooooo two 58 yr old women assisted in picking up a 72 lbs TV over 8 feet off the floor with a step ladder and lowered it onto the mount. The person who actually showed up was here 3 hours for a job that should have taken 30 minutes if the other person had shown up. He was also driving a small vehicle and could not haul off the box for the 75" television which was supposed to be included in the price. The young man was well tipped for doing the very best he could do alone. I have never been this disappointed by a service provider and would not recommend this mounting service in the Franklin TN area.

Very pleased with my installation. Juan mounted a 70” tv and dropped the cords through the wall. He did an amazing job. He is very friendly and kind. He cleaned everything up after himself. Loved working with him and look forward to working with him in the future.

so what i found out is that the companies that walmart uses to install my TV like Angies and Hellotech arnt real installation companies. they are middle companies that allow anyone to sign up as an installer the same way anyone with a car can sign up for uber..as long as you pass a background check they can start working ... this explains why the guy that came to my home was completely cluess on how to mount my tv the way i wanted it and left my tv way off level and lower than where i wanted it, i ended up having to call another company to come fix the mess the guy (ryan) left. and after speaking the the company that came out after, he gave me the inside scoop on how it all works with walmart installation services.

I bought an television and tv mount and the tech came and within almost 20 minutes my tv was mounted neatly and secured. He was very friendly and made my experience amazing! This week later on the 26th I’m getting a treadmill assembled, I’m happy they actually have these services.

The technician from Handy was excellent. Eddie far exceeded my expectations. Everything from installing the tv wall mounts precisely and visually in the best place on the wall to hanging and angling my new tv’s for the best possible viewing. 10 stars ⭐️ I am very pleased!

The tech arrived on time. Amir was very professional and knowledgeable. After he mounted the TV he made sure all accessories I had ie fire stick, sound bar etc, were operating efficiently before leaving. Excellent service and will use again if needed.
