Mr. Richard who was our tech that mounted our TV today (May 27, 2021). He was knowledgeable and was very hospitable. He not only made sure the installment was secure he made sure that we were comfortable with the set up and installment. Mr. Bryan came as scheduled, he had his own tools, the job was performed very clean. He was very professional, courteous and very polite. He let me know the process and if there was any issue, he told me beforehand, which was minor issue. I am very satisfied with the installation. I will surely hire him for any additional installation.

The TV mount installer that was sent to our home was so friendly and professional. He had trouble reaching me because my phone was on silent but he never gave up. His communication was great and he did such a fantastic job at mounting a TV in our bedroom. I will use this service again.

Dominic, our installer, did a great job. He arrived on time and installed a 65-inch Vizio TV high up on our wall without any assistance. He did it quickly, set up all the features for me, and explained everything really well before he left, making sure all my questions were answered.

I bought a 75 in. TV and needed it mounted. I was initially concerned, but there was no reason to be. The technician Kevin was amazing. He got the mount centered where I wanted it and after assisting him to lift it up he was done. (I knew I was going to have to help any installer so it didn’t bother me a bit, it’s a huge TV.) He even demonstrated a sound system for me and I bought that too! He was professional, wore his mask and shoe covers the entire time and friendly.

Horrible app handy man runs late and makes it super inconvenient what’s the point of scheduling a time If there not going to show like I said horrible app unreliable all you do is reschedule if they don’t come nobody reaches out and see if somebody else can come so I gotta wait couple more days this sucks I don’t like them

Frankie was the young man that provided me with exceptional customer care. He knew exactly what he needed to do and communicated the plan to me. I am thrilled and thankful with the results. He worked safe, kept the area clean, modified and secured the TV and observed time management. TV with the Mount is great!

I ordered my mount and the mounting service on line. I needed the installation to be completed ASAP and scheduling a Tech to come out was very easy. Although the Tech was a little late he was in constant contact with me with his ETA. Once he arrived he was professional and completed the job in a timely manner, The negative side to the whole experience is that the mount has not arrived yet and I had to go out and purchase a mount on my own.
