We always get a slice when we’re in store, first time I’ve ordered a whole one at pick up. Sadly it was dry, chewy rubber. Definitely would not recommend! Crust was so thin and chewy, it was hard to swallow!

The cafe Is a total failure. You have to dowload the app to order. It took 1 hour to get the food. The workers are set up for failure by management.

I was just in Arizona helping someone for a move. Hot and hungry stopped in to get some pizza and it was good just not as good as the one where I live. It was good for the price and we were hungry so had to eat it a little too much sauce for me and limp but good enough.

I had this pizza delivered with my order. I was really disappointed with it. It was very dry and arrived cold. There was almost no sauce on the pizza.

The Member’s Mark pepperoni pizzas are the BEST, but the line to place your order at the cafe is always sooooo long!🥴 Then, I wait again for my pizzas to cook. Ordering on my account, and though, is super-duper easy and eliminates waiting in the line. Woohoo!🤩🍕😋

I asked my husband to pick up a supreme type of pizza at Sam's today, and he came home with a four meat pizza because supreme pizzas were discontinued. Very salty! I will never buy it again. Why would you discontinue the Supreme / Deluxe or whatever you used to call it? Bad marking decision some people like vegetables.

I was there this morning I ordered my 3 Pizza's & 2 hot dogs combo when I first walked in went and did my shopping went to food court about 20 minutes later had to still wait another 15 minutes and none of the drink station were working, worker was rude about me paying for drinks and no drinks available saying we didn't charge you for drinks, ahh yes you did .

It’s the kind of pizza that makes you double-check the box to see if you grabbed the wrong one. • Emotional Impact: Disappointment. Not rage-inducing, but enough to make you reconsider future impulse buys. Shrinkflation alive and well at Sams! As a 23 year customer, this is not the pizza we've received in the past...

The all meat pizza is excellent . Like other reviews I would like to purchase and cook at home - I live 35 miles away and reheated pizza tastes like reheated. Maybe a "half baked " pizza and be able to finish cooking at home would be available - most pizza places have the half baked option - I would bet this would double the sales - the sample station gets your appetite going - how about an option for home

You take away the frozen and bake at home and now can only order inside. I was expecting a "hot" pizza but nope, just a luke warm pizza. More like just prewarmed from yesterday. Anyone who knows pizza loves to see glistening melting cheese stretch with each bite and perfectly cooked ingredients. Won't be ordering anymore. Will have to air fry 5 mins to get it back to being better than just disappointing but that's not saying much. I will buy from your competitors. Sams had a good thing, but not anymore.
