Good pizza at a great low price, as always, at Sam's The pizza arrived hot and fresh and in good condition. "They used small individual slice boxes" the delivery person said, "because they were out of the large pizza boxes.". Which worked out just fine. I'm glad they added the delivery feature to this café item, EXCEPT it's really tempting for this fat girl 🤣 Thank you Sam's Club for Your good products at a good price, for your excellent staff and service, and treating your customers well. Topeka Sam's Club has excellent products, prices and employees!

The pizza is great but the curbside pick up for the pizza was a terrible experience. I ordered 4 pizzas to be picked up between 10am-11am. Got a text at 9:30am that my order was ready. I got to Sam's and checked in online at 10:45am. Was told at 10:50 that they were in the oven still and would be 10 minutes. They didnt come out until 11:30am. I was told they took so long because they couldnt start to make the pizza until checked in. Not sure what the point of selecting a pick up time was if they weren't going to be ready during that time.

Recently had a birthday party for about 25-30 people (kids and adults). We ordered 6 of these and sliced them into 16 pieces per box and we had PLENTY to stretch. Many people were also surprised to find out that the pizza from Sam’s club was so good. Much cheaper & bigger option than buying from your major chains. I ordered ahead of time that same day and it was ready for pickup by the time I needed. Would highly recommend!

Finishing up shopping I ordered 2 pizzas on the app and then about 15 min later I waited another 10ish minutes by the soda machine. Then realizing the signs have been moved and maybe i needed to get into the app pick up line. Waited another 10 min. The cashier went to go check and my pizzas and they hadn't even been made! My husband went out and put all the groceries in the van and then came back and he waited another 10 min. 45 minutes to get pizza.

Pizzas great just curbside parking spots weren't available. I had to drive in circles until I seen a worker..I had my toddler in the car and made it a little more stressful..called 3 times to cafe nobody answered, seen the people in the spot #1 load their bags, get in the car and decided to eat inside the car, sucks that nobody respects the signs that say, for curbside pickup only, but overall it's all good..but curbside spots should definitely be only for customers ordering online for pickup..

The cafe Is a total failure. You have to dowload the app to order. It took 1 hour to get the food. The workers are set up for failure by management.

The pizzas are sealed in a box and yi can't see inside. When I got home it was obvious the pizza had been in the hot box overnight. It was 100% dried out. I had to through it out. I won't use this service again

Never received this pizza at pickup. Said they ran out of pizzas. Paid for it. Told me I would be reimbursed but I never saw a credit in my account. Been 2 weeks ago. I called to ask for credit to my account & they said it takes awhile.

We typically LOVE Sams pizza but these pizzas were not what we are used to. They looked good and were hot and fresh but the taste just wasn't there. I ordered 5 pizzas for a bunch of teenage girls and they barely ate any of it.

First time ordering for hot pizza delivery. Called 3x pizza finally arrived late and cold my guests had left and was supposed to be credited for this order and that never happened either.
