I am extremely pleased with my Michelin LTX Tires. I purchased them for my late model 4x4 Tahoe. The ride and control out performs any other tire I have owned and installed on my Tahoe. I'll most definitely purchase Michelin SUV tires the next time around - which I expect will be after many enjoyable trips and miles.... signed, another satisfied Customer.

I've done some fairly extensive driving since I purchased these tires 2 years ago. I have driven over 55k miles on them and they are still showing quite a bit of tread left. No punctures or damage. Excellent all around tire. I did notice a slight improvement in gas mileage which leads to believe that the tire has been engineered very well.

Two things my dealer told me about the LTX A/T2 tires is they would be quieter and have a smoother softer ride compared to the popular tire that I had on my truck at the time. That was definitely the two things I immediately noticed. The tread design is perfect for all my applications of highway miles, pulling trailers, and the ability to get around in snow and mud. With Michelin's proven track record of quality, durability and performance I made the right business decision in purchasing the LTX tires.

These came stock on my 2019 F-250. At 12,000 miles they don't show any wear. Almost half the mileage is with the truck towing a 7,000 lb trailer. My biggest surprise is how well they do in mud. I've pulled the trailer through some fairly deep, nasty mud. I had to use 4x4 but these tires threw the mud all over the truck/trailer and kept the tread clear!!! My only complaint is I wish they had black sidewalls.

I've had good and bad luck with tires over the years, not discriminate to brand. But Michelin & Me got a good thing going! Purchased the A/T 2s in Nov.'07 for my 2005 Lariat. Driven in all weather from Florida (rain) to N.Dakota(snow) to Calli(mud/snow). I've used the tires for the purpose intended & have had great success. With "NORMAL" driving habits, just turned 80K in Sept. of this yr. These tires were not cheap,but It's been $$$ back in my pocket since 40-50K. My intent was to get as much wear as possible out of them. Rotate every 5K (-ish), and spin balance every 10K. I will definitely re-shoe with the A/T2s. I do see very slight cracking from age, but still have plenty of tread left. I'm good for another 10K, but watch them closely now & wont go any further than that. Pros: -handle & brake well on wet hwy -comfortable ride -they dont throw rocks -roll quiet down the hwy Cons: -no promotion for this tire. I'm thinkin' it's price. Dealers are more motivated to sell quantity over quality. -tires are rated for 80psig...ride's a little rough. Dropped to 68psig. Smoother ride without compromise in performance. That's my review. I bought the LTXA/T2 tires for my Jeep because in Montana we have extremes of weather that require a superior tire. At Christmas time we drive into the mountains close to town and find ourselves on roads that vary from dry to ice to snow packed to deep snow. My Michelin tires do the job for those varied conditions. In the summer our weather can get up to 100 degrees and in that weather we may end up pulling our camper over a steep mountain pass as we head to a lake camp site. Having Michelin tires gives me a sense of security that is much appreciated. We don't put a lot of miles on our tires each year but the miles we do drive need a good tire such as the LTXA/T2.

Replaced the original equipment tires (non-Michelin) on my 2006 Ford Explorer. What a difference, better handling, wet weather traction, and over all ride. Have nearly 15K miles and no sign of wear. These tires should last forever if I rotate them regularly.

I have just purchased these to replace the original set that came new with my 2013 GMC Sierra 2500HD. The reason for purchasing them again is simple - they were fantastic tires. I got 51,500 miles from the original set, and of that 36,000 were towing miles. That's some pretty impressive wear in my view. Had we not towed so much we would have easily gotten 60,000 miles out of them. I kept the pressure up (they required very little additional air over their life) and rotated them every 7k miles, but that's about it. I will try to rotate this new set every 5k in hopes of getting even more life out of them. One interesting thing - although we really didn't notice it as it was probably a gradual thing, the tires must have been louder at the end of their life than they were before, because when we got the new set on we immediately noticed how quiet they were.

Myself & my wife slid off an ice covered in slow motion . We ended up in the ditch that had over a foot of snow in it . I put the truck in four wheel drive . Rocked it a few times , it came right out of the ditch and we were on our way. I really think these tires saved us a road service call and a night in the ditch !

32,000 miles on the tires and the were causing a severe vibration sometimes uncontrollable over bumps in the road. The tires tread were worn half way, but the side walls were dry rotted. Not what I expect from a Michelin product. This is a terrible 20" tire! The 18" tires seem great! Michelin paid half of a new set. Tires ride fine. Seems like the rubber compound just will not hold up.
