32,000 miles on the tires and the were causing a severe vibration sometimes uncontrollable over bumps in the road. The tires tread were worn half way, but the side walls were dry rotted. Not what I expect from a Michelin product. This is a terrible 20" tire! The 18" tires seem great! Michelin paid half of a new set. Tires ride fine. Seems like the rubber compound just will not hold up.

I have a Ford F 350 truck and drive an average of 30k per year and tow a 5 th on the weekends ...I always rotate my tires every other oil change and just got 80,000 miles out of my tires and still going .... Shopping now to replace them but only with Milchelins

This is my second set of LTX A/T2 tires for my 2005 Ford Expedition. The first set were phenomenal and lasted 85,000 miles with no issues. I live in VERY snowy upstate New York (just north of Syracuse) and receive the worst that mother nature can dish out in the winter. I have ALWAYS felt secure and confident that my Michelins would hold the road in lousy weather. I always have traction in winter's bad conditions. During the nice weather, these tires are pretty quiet on the road, and do a dependable job towing my boat over highway and back roads. Other tires are cheaper, and may even deliver better gas mileage (maybe), but as for me, I like putting on LTX A/T2s and never having to worry. It's a great tire.

After being disappointed in the factory set of tires that came on my Tahoe when I purchased it new. I was looking for a tire that performed well in all seasons, lasted more than 20,000 miles, improved ride and handling, and lasted at least 60,000 miles. Being so estaticly impressed after close to 80,000 miles of use that included checks in all my boxes and a improvement in gas mileage I purchased my second set that boasts a longer lasting tire. I have no doubt my Michilens will continue to impress and hopefully lead to my third set!

I've purchased these tires before for my 2004 Dodge Durango SLT 4x4 and I work for a tire shop, I originally went with these tires because they looked great and the tread pattern is what i was looking for, get freeway and offroad use, I installed them the day before the snow hit our town and all i have to say i was extremely imressed it when through the snow and drove on ice no problems i didnt slip or slide once with them, i was driving around people stuck going up hills i even had to venture off the road becuase cars and downed trees were blocking my path that night, but still had to wait in some spots for the people to get the trees out of the road, absolutely amazing performance, recently had to sell her, but i eventually got a 2001 dodge ram 1500 4x4 SLT laramie edition, and i bought the exact same tire, I cant wait till it snows again but took the truck on mine and my wifes honeymoon and went to the grand canyon, and the truck had no problems on the gravel road, it was funny because we were passing the cars that were driving 15 miph becuase their cars wernt made for the road, i would just drive around them and continue on the road at 40mph no issues at all going around corners on gravel, cant wait to take it to the 4x4 truck offroading place in town, anyways all that being said, you will not hate these tires, also to the others that post bad reviews, you shouldn't write so badly about the tire, yes sometimes you do get the bad apples of the tire stock but michelin makes it right at least at the shop i work at, and for the others with fords your trucks have that horrible slant turning problem that will cup any tire, my advise for you guys is to rotate the tires every 2 to 3k miles, thats the way it is for owning one of those trucks, anyways happy motoring everyone

Great all around tire. I hunt hard in the mountains. Great on dirt roads, also climb rocky and ruugged hills really good, also good in the snow. I haven't gotten any flats so far. Not evne on some of the rockiest roads you can imagine. Thr rocks cut up the tread but the tires is still holding togeter well. The only down fall is the tire doesn't perform well in mudd that cakes to the tires. Other than that the tire performs really well.

We have used the Michelin LTX tire with very impressive results exclusively on our four horse trailer with living quarters along with our 1 ton Ford F350. These tires will run between 40-50 thousand miles with impressive service life. Currently we are on our 3rd set of tires so that's a total of 30 tires we have experience with. The 150,000 miles has all been loaded with horses that we tow all over the Western US. Each weekend we make the trip from Sacramento over the sierra Nevada mountains to our Ranch in Reno. Snow and Rain never stop us and the tire delievers when it is most required. This tire is a must for all equestrian enthusiasts for performance and safety.

I have been reviewing tires on line and came across the new MICHELIN LTX A/T2. I own a Dakota 2008 SXT original tires, which from day one handle poorly in rain and snow. If it was light rain and I'm at a light and started to go the tires in back fish tail. All the comments on the MICHELIN was about price. Now here is the kicker, Hurricane Sandy 10-29-2012 I was @ the Ford Dealer in Hamilton NJ having them installed. It was raining when I left and windy and not @ 1 time did I fish tail or lose control. The tires did exactly what the tires was made for. I work for the USPS in Hamilton NJ as a Tractor Trailer Operator and that whole weekend I had to be in. I drove my truck to work during the day and going home during the night when Hurricane Sandy was @ full force. I went through floods and the wind pushing up on me, and when I had to break the tires handle the roads. When all and done the storm passed, as I look back, I paid good money for the tires but it was well WORTH it. As long as I own any vehicle I will buy 1 Tire Brand Only. We bought a 2012 Ford F350 Crewcab, Shortbed, 4x4 Powerstroke one year ago. As of last night we have 25,100 miles on these tires; the ones that are suppose to get 60k, well the two rear tires are at the wear bars. I surely wouldn't think when you buy a new vehicle one should be replacing tires at 25k. The wear is terrible, the road noise is great, as is not there and the ride is very good. Something as to be done about the tire wear.....one year, REALLY!

I recentley purchased these tires and do not have a any relevent information. I have always attempted to purchase the best tires, recommended by the dealer, and purchased Michelins due to friends and dealership recommendations. So far ( 500 miles) they (Michelin's) have proved excellent!
