My Kayak is great, but customer support the likes of which I received from Hunter elevates my experience to "Excellent"! Call volumes are very high, but he was very helpful and polite! Hunter is an excellent representative of the company and should be promoted immediately!

We bought our first kayak, the Kokanee, from the first owner of it. We're really happy with it, it's easy to maneuver with one or two people and we've never been close to tipping it. It is a little heavy to load onto the top of our Jeep, but not unmanageable. The straps for the chairs were messed up when we got it and I called customer service to see about buying new straps for them. Ian was super helpful - he asked me for the numbers on the kayak and found that the kayak was still under warranty. So they sent me replacement straps for the chairs for free, even though I wasn't the original owner! This kayak and the customer service has made it easy for us to have fun kayaking and if we get another kayak we'll definitely look into the Lifetime products. Thanks Lifetime!

I've had this kayak for a while now. i've used it in lakes and in the ocean. i've launched into surf with no problem (we did get wet). the seats got lost over time and customer service sent me new seats, no questions asked! its a bit heavy for one person but i've paddled out on it by myself. stable in the water. easy to add modifications. the only drawback is no netting or anything else inside the "storage holes"

I needed a few replacement parts and I was a little upset that I couldn't just order it from the website. So I reached out to customer service and Terry went above and beyond to see to my request. The kayak seems great and I have no hesitations but really I am just stoked there are companies that are still putting customer service as top priority. Thank you.

I have this kayak which I love . About a month ago I lost one of the hatch covers on the way home. I contacted customer service about a replacement. They contacted me back and told me one was on it's way at no charge! Totally unexpected, wow! this company stands behind its product and has great customer service! I purchased a tandem lifetime kayak and I cannot be happier it's sturdy and it's big enough to hold two people comfortably. I had lost one of the lids for the storage holes when I was driving it flew out I called and they're shipping it to me no problem they're not even going to charge me which I would be happy to pay. I honestly cannot be happier.

We have owned this kayak for almost 8 years. Aside from the seat back and clips that attach it eventually breaking, we have had zero problems. I contacted customer service and they had a shipment (at no cost to us) in the mail within 24 hours with replacement parts. Myself and multiple of my children use this kayak for summer fun and fishing. I love using it with my toddlers because it is SO stable, you almost cannot turn it over even if you wanted to. Excellent for a family style kayak adventure on the lake, or those who prefer more stability. We have even taken this one to the ocean twice and used for fishing, it withstands the waves and proved very useful for dropping bait. Only downside that comes with the stability, of course, is it is quite heavy to move. Luckily, ours does not go far.

I was told by Sam’s representative that paddles were included. They were not. What good is a kayak without paddles?

This has been a fun kayak. Super tough and stable. Very difficult to tip over. Only negative is that it is a bit on the heavy side. Customer service to get replacement parts was excellent. Super helpful
