I have had this basketball system sitting in my driveway for around 4 years exposed to the south Florida weather and it looks and performs like new. Excellent quality and build. Highly recommended. Customer service exceptional....

Very sturdy and well designed product. Much more stable that I thought it would be. As other reviews say it does take a couple people about 3 hours to put together.. This is after 2 weeks, wait and see how it holds up over time.

I bought this basketball net and everything was great but the instructions were very poorly illustrated and were very hard to follow. That’s why I give it a four out of five star.

Just what my 6yr old needed. Takes about 3 hours to put together and need a helper when assembling pole to backboard. Make sure you have size 3/4" sockets

I watched and read the instructions. Could not find my specific model video. I had issues with the nuts not turning straight when putting them.with the bolts. Had to buy 2 large bolts because the onces the box came with were not straight.

We bought this for my grandsons. It is great. I had told my husband it would take along time to set up, but he, my brother-in-law, and son in-law did in about 3 hours.

Shipped site to store. Arrived on time. Fairly easy to assemble, directions clear, but make sure you keep height adjustment handle to the rear of hoop! Will require 2 adults or an adult and teen to maneuver to up right position. Good value.

Took us a week of small sessions to get this up and it's crooked. Instructions were poor and did not include enough pictures/diagrams... had to look up images online. On the plus side, that brought us to this site where we can post a review.

We bought this as a birthday gift for our son. It took me and my husband 3+ hours to put together. I disagree with the other reviews about bad directions. The directions are not difficult, but you have to follow each step very carefully.

I bought a basketball hoop for Christmas and the base was leaking water. I submitted a warranty claim and got a response right away. Randy did an awesome job emailing me the status of the claim. I received a new one. Thank you.....
