my Kokanee kayak came without a rear handle. The rep I talked to was very helpful and is sending me a new handle for the rear of kayak!

The unit was delivered damaged with a hole in the bottom. Scrapes and gouges and smeared with grease.

I really enjoy my lifetime Kokanee tandem kayak. If anything ever happens to it, I will buy another one.
