Quicken

poopy product spent 3 hours and couldn't even get logged on. Wanted me to pay for product again. Called customer support, they had me on hold for half an hour, made me do everything I had already tried, then told me they were closed, and I would have to call back tomorrow.

Quicken is really feature rich and deep.   If you are new to Quicken, keep it simple at first.   Great for tracking your accounts and where your money goes.    You will get insights about your spending you never understood before.   This will drive behavior changes.    As insights grow, you can start playing with investment accounts or budgets etc.

There are other great options like YNAB too.   Quicken is great for historical data and YNAB is great for controlling the future.  Just depends a bit on what you are trying to achieve.
