Here are some of the features that make me look forward to laundry day: 8 Preset Washing Cycles: These preset cycles take the guess work out of laundry. Seriously, who even needs a manual when Samsung creates the perfect wash options? 4.1 Cu. Ft. Capacity: This washer is huge! I can easily fit bedding and towels- no more runs to the laundromat. And they get clean! Extra Water Feature: Yes- an appliance that allows extra water for a deep clean. No more extra rinse cycles…. Vibration Reduction: Finally- a washing machine that’s quiet. This washer is designed to reduce noise and vibration. With a busy household, laundry usually gets done in the evening, and this feature is essential! Soft Close Lid: Love how quiet the lid closes- no slamming and no fingers pinched. Self-Clean: Let’s face it, we all want our laundry to be clean and fresh. This washer gives a self-clean reminder after 20 cycles. No more stinky washer smells. Cons? Can’t think of any- we love everything from the design, finish and features. With a busy household, we really appreciate all the little details that make this the perfect washer for us! Wow- expectations blown away!

Dirty
Washer washes great but I’ve noticed that it flushes dirt residue/film out after loads. When a self wash cycle is ran it flows out all the debris into the washer drum.

Horrible washer always unbalanced
This washer is horrible. Always unbalances during washes and shakes really bad. You constantly have to arrange your clothes to get it to balance and wash properly . Samsung is not a good brand for appliances.

Great until it isn't
I loved this washer for the first few years. Now, every load no matter how big or small will repeat the rinse over and over for HOURS because of the washer being off balance. Nothing you do will stop it
