We had no idea that this Hatch green chili would be so amazingly good! We are now hooked and it goes in a lot of our dishes.

I used these in chili. That are delicious, flavorful and bring some heat. They were the perfect addition to the chili!

We absolutely love these. We add them to everything. We zip up our chili with these and a lot of other recipes.

This reminds me of getting my Aunt's bags of roasted Hatch green chiles that she would send home with us or mail to us from Albuquerque. 505 is the area code for New Mexico, now there's also 575 in Albuquerque. So you know when you see 505 you're going to be eating something tasty! Would love it if Sam's Club would carry the "hot" version of this in addition to the "medium" they carry as the medium isn't always spicy and that spice is very appreciated with green chiles. Still super yummy though and a great kick of flavor to anything you add it to. I love it on BLTs, breakfast burritos, and sour cream chicken enchiladas. There's not much I wouldn't add this to. Love that it's a roasted chile!
