My husband is a New Mexico native and there is nothing that compares the the genuine New Mexico Green chile where we now live. This is how he gets his 'fix' from boyhood days. This chile tends to be a little hot for some but can be used sparingly according to taste.

These are the best green chilies I have ever had! My only complaint is that, on the label, it says you have to use within 3 weeks of opening the jar! The website description did not state this and I'm very disappointed in that. I don't think I can use 32 ounces within 3 weeks. I'm wondering if I can freeze some of it?? If I can freeze some of it, I would definitely purchase again.

I buy this on repeat all the time. I love this product. It is a large amount, but I freeze what I don't use for later. It has the best flavor for cooking.

The SAM's pricing for the 40 oz jar beats any grocery store price tag. Just two or three tablespoons for a daily breakfast add-on. Consider also having a Verden avocado cup with it. It's great as an add-on with any soup or sandwich.

This is, by far, the most authentic Green Chile I've found. Perfect New Mexican condiment. Flavor is well balanced and robust. Wish my local Walmart carried it so I wouldn't have to have it shipped. But it's that good...

Great flavor wish they would remove the extra peel that is black. It did not have as much of the peel as it has in the last 6 months. I still get the product for the flavor.

I love 505 Chile, it almost tastes like fresh roasted chile, without all the work! I add it to everything I make. It stays fresh longer than fresh roasted, too. Ingredients: green chile, garlic, salt, lime juice. There you go!
