I used the flank steak for beef jerky and it came out great. It was lean and uniform throughout. I will but it again.

Flank steak has been under rated. If you pound it and marinate it for 8-12 hrs it is very tender and has many uses.

I marinated the flank steak for 20 hours and cooked it on the grill. The steak looked so good and was cooked perfectly to a medium. Unfortunately, the meat was too “chewy” and did not taste as tender as it looked. So disappointed!

I buy this regularly to make steak with chimmachuri. Large cuts that taste great!

Very tender. Great for stir fry.

Prefer thinner slices that absorb marinade better.

They left the silver connective tissue on. No decent meat department does that.
