This is one of my favorite meats to buy. I cut it up in chunks and marinate it the day before. The next day I cook them on the grill. It's easy and delicious. It's really good marinated in the Kinders Japanese Sauce if you don't want to make your own.

The meat at Sam’s Club is always good! I have never had a bad experience with meat at Sam’s Club be it beef, pork, or chicken.

I used the flank steak for beef jerky and it came out great. It was lean and uniform throughout. I will but it again.

I marinated the flank steak for 20 hours and cooked it on the grill. The steak looked so good and was cooked perfectly to a medium. Unfortunately, the meat was too “chewy” and did not taste as tender as it looked. So disappointed!

I buy this regularly to make steak with chimmachuri. Large cuts that taste great!
