Contacted Sam's Club and they are sending a replacement but the initial mattress I received, has not opened or fluffed up as expected. Took it out of package same day received and even after a week, it has not expanded correctly or completely.

It never expanded completely. It's about 9" thick after a week. It is very firm, probably because the foam never expanded. My daughter still sleeps on it, but it's kind of a disappointing product and a return of a mattress is quite difficult.

First it felt weird, compared with the previous one, no spring effect and kind of hard. Then we realized it adopted our shape. Bottom line the sleeping quality have improved a lot.

Sam’s is a really professional company. I have had experience with this type of mattress without a problem. I feel confident Sam’s will and has been assisting me in this matter. Sam’s was my go to for my business purchases for over thirty years.

My wife now sleeps without back pain. Mattress has doe what we wanted it to. I would recommend this to a friend. Possibly even an enemy. It might help them be my friend.

For pure sleeping purposes I'd give it a 5 star. My one complaint is that the edges are very soft so I find it hard to sit on the edge of the bed and get dressed, put my shoes on etc..

I had a friend who has this exact mattress and was really impressed with it while house sitting at their house. I got mine in a timely manner and so far so good. Seems my body was a little stiff for a couple days adjusting to it...but now it's great!

We've bought several of these as the kids grow out of their twin beds. The foam mattress is liked by all. We're up to 4 now and they've held up over the years. Very nice, good value. Come vacuum sealed in a box. We also got the higher smart base with room underneath for storage.

I was surprised how comfortable this mattress was! It came in a vacuum sealed bag and needed to rest 24-48 hours before being ready for use, but it was worth the wait. I prefer a pillow top mattress, but found the foam to be a better alternative. It conforms to my body and I don’t wake feeling stiff or achy.

I ordered my Zinus online from Sam’s Club. My mattress came frozen and has yet to reach a full 12” after two weeks. It is a heavy mattress and would’ve impossible to send back or return to a Sam’s Club. Hoping it will slowly expand to a full 12”. We have purchased three of these mattresses over the years but first one from Sam’s
