Spray Bar Bearing Wears Out

Purchased this surface cleaner a month ago and after a few hours of use, it wears out and the spray far has so much friction it locks up when trying to use it. Soft metal seems to not hold up and over time the revolutions gouge the bearing washers and they start to stick where there is no way to make them spin again. No issues with debris as I cleaned it multiple times and both nozzles sprayed.

stopped working

It worked great for about 25 minutes and then stopped spinning properly. I made sure that nothing was clogged as suggested by the instructions. Was never able to get it to work properly again. It did an awesome job for the 25 minutes it worked. Would not recommend it.

Quit working after one use

Used the 15” surface cleaner to clean approximately 25' of front walkway and it worked great. Next time I used it the silver rod with water jets rotated very slowly. I cleaned the jets and lubricated the center piece with marine lube and no improvement in jet rotation. Very disappointed in product and read that others have the same issue..

Worked good for about 30mins.

Tried it out and worked good for about 30 mins of use. Stopped spinning and tips were good no clogs. Tried putting a little oil to see if that would help. No help what so ever. I'm using a Simpson 3200 psi with 2.5 gpm. Called customer care sending me a new one under warranty they very helpful.

Surface Cleaner failure

I bought one of theses and it failed right out of the box. No lie. I read reviews all over and saw that this was a common issue. However I went against my better judgement and went ahead and bought it. I did call in and explained the situation to Taba and she shipped me a replacement. That was really refreshing to know that she had my back. Great customer service. That says a lot. Thanks Taba!
