Good piece of meat to put in my Traeger smoker

This was cooked on a crock pot and it melted in our mouths.

It was amazing on the green egg

Delicious. Cooked in Crock pot with garlic and then servwed as pulled pork

This made excellent smoked pulled pork on a Camp Chef pellet grill.

After 8 hours of low and slow, it was the most tender pulled pork.
