Sams have the best wrapped fresh meat comparison to others supermarkets I've shopped for a very cheaper affordable price!

I always buy my pork shoulder from Sam's brcause its always meaty and cooks perfectly for my pulled pork.

I realize it is pork shoulder but I buy and smoke these quite often. This one had an inordinate amount of fat and should have been trimmed better.

I make a really delicious pulled pork in my Instant Pot. This had a very good meat to fat ratio and I ended up with enough for a crowd.
