Little to no fat to render, good quality, super delicious when we made it. well definitely will buy again.

I always buy my pork shoulder from Sam's brcause its always meaty and cooks perfectly for my pulled pork.

These pork packs work good, or excellent for pulled pork. Just the right amount of fat content to flavor the meat most excellently.

I cooked it the day we got it. It was so rough we had to throw it out and go get new meat for our sons birthday party while the guests were here. I cooked it in the slow cooker for 14 hours like I have done so many times.

Has way too much fat on it that has to be cut off before cooking .. wish they would trim off more fat … but it’s still good! I put it in an Instant Pot for 1 hour & it came out so tender

I've purchased Boston But from San's Club a few times and I guess it was OK. This time it was definitely frozen before and partially thawed. Why it is sold as fresh?
