Baked overnight at 250 with some Strawberry brand seasoning rub (also bought at Sam's) and it was delicious

I season this roast and then cook it for hours in either the oven or a slow-cooker. It is always delicious, moist, and tender.

I make a really delicious pulled pork in my Instant Pot. This had a very good meat to fat ratio and I ended up with enough for a crowd.

These butts were tender, well grained and smoked very nicely. They cooked up without problem and tasted excellent.

Over this cut cooked well, I was pleased to find that this bone-in cut was available. I will purchase again in the future.
