Baked overnight at 250 with some Strawberry brand seasoning rub (also bought at Sam's) and it was delicious

We purchased 3 of these, (do not know what we were thinking), one had excessive fat on it. But they were good, all the guest went back for more.

Cut this roast in half, froze one half and the other half put in slow cooker for pulled pork, it was delicious.

Bought 4 Boston Butts to smoke and was highly impressed with them. This is the first time I had purchased Boston Butt from Sam’s and it will not be the last. I highly recommend them to anyone who likes smoking BBQ.

I cooked it the day we got it. It was so rough we had to throw it out and go get new meat for our sons birthday party while the guests were here. I cooked it in the slow cooker for 14 hours like I have done so many times.

Sadly, the meats at Sam’s club, once reliably good cuts and prices, are no longer reliable in either category. Even this pork butt roast, normally a good cut for barbecue, was blah

Upon opening this vacuum sealed pork Boston butt the next day after purchase, the meat had a terrible putrid odor. The odor permeated my house before I could remove it.

Has way too much fat on it that has to be cut off before cooking .. wish they would trim off more fat … but it’s still good! I put it in an Instant Pot for 1 hour & it came out so tender

I use this for pulled pork in my slow cooker on low and sometime in my electric 20qt Roaster at 225 degrees. Cook for 10+ hours and it turns out perfect every time. You can't go wrong with this pork.

Roasted for. 6.5 hours at 300 F. It was excellent, tender. It sliced so easily. Seasoned with salt and pepper. I like to taste the Flavor of the meat not a lot of spices. Will doe one of these ago …for company.
