I love getting these popping them in the slow cooker with seasoning and barbecue sauce. Mskes great pulled pork.

This is great smoked over a 10 hour time frame, after seasoning with a pork rub, on a Big Green Egg smoker!

I realize it is pork shoulder but I buy and smoke these quite often. This one had an inordinate amount of fat and should have been trimmed better.

We love pork! Good marbling but low fat content. Cooks evenly and saves well. Also great for freezing after being cooked.

Great piece of meat. I made kalua pork with this in the roaster and tried some smoked and the meat just melts in your mouth.
