These butts were tender, well grained and smoked very nicely. They cooked up without problem and tasted excellent.

Nice pork roast not too much fat, trimmed nicely. Just the right size to make a pot of green chili. Yum

I season this roast and then cook it for hours in either the oven or a slow-cooker. It is always delicious, moist, and tender.
