Pulled pork Taco Bar. Enjoyed by many. Only wished it was halved so I could decide on quantity to cook.

It might take awhile, but a low and slow on a smoker is the only way to go. This literally fell off the bone and was super juicy when done.

This was a very poor cut of meat. There was so much Elastin tissue throughout the meat it wouldn't pull apart.

Smoked two of these for pulled pork. Always had good luck with them from Sam's. I've smoked well over a dozen so far.

Overall, it was a decent experience, but I did come across a bone. Perhaps you could consider offering it without the bone for a smoother option?

Husband used this for Carne Adovada. It cooked up well and was very tender. He was happy with the roast.

I realize it is pork shoulder but I buy and smoke these quite often. This one had an inordinate amount of fat and should have been trimmed better.

I make a really delicious pulled pork in my Instant Pot. This had a very good meat to fat ratio and I ended up with enough for a crowd.

This is great smoked over a 10 hour time frame, after seasoning with a pork rub, on a Big Green Egg smoker!
